They were a little more costly than what I've had in the past, but it was worth every penny. Pepe' came out to do the work, and he was so thorough and took such care with my home. During this process, it was discovered that the rain pan was rusted and falling apart.  I love how they took pictures of each and every step, so that I could see exactly what they were talking about. Pepe' is very knowledgeable, honest, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work.   Next, we went to the showroom to pick out new gas logs, as our old ones were not heating anymore.  Craig helped us out there.  Again, great customer service.  My chimney top is now in great shape and my fireplace beautiful and most importantly, functional.  This is an awesome company with amazing customer service all the way around.  I would recommend them to anyone and will be a loyal customer forever! read less

					We had an old fireplace that we tried burning wood, then gas logs, then a corn/pellet stove.  The corn stove worked but it was big, noisy and not easy for my wife and daughter to manage if I'm not around.

After 25yrs, we finally decided to get a gas insert installed.

Working with the Mad Hatter team has been a great experience.  Brittany and Matt were a pleasure to work with.  They scheduled a team to come out and inspect and remove our old corn stove.  My wife was very pleased with how professional and courteous everyone was.

I was home on install day when Santiago, Samuel and Felix arrived right on time at 8am.  They created a dust barrier around our fireplace, laid down runners to protect wood floors.  Once done they walked me through everything they had done and I was extremely satisfied with their attention to details !

Now our whole main living area is finally warm and comfortable.
