The group of gentlemen that came to my home to deal with my dryer vent situation were amazing. They helped me even though there were critters living under my kitchen affecting theability to even get to the duct for cleaning. they came up with a great solution and were so very kind! Thank you!!

Mad Hatter is great at what they do! The report I got for my new fireplace was thorough and valuable. Prior to their visit, I had no idea the fireplace was in such poor condition, glad we knew before we tried it! I will proceed with their suggested fixes soon.

The Hatter was quick to schedule our dryer vent pipe cleaning, polite and guys very clean at our new home. They showed us before and after photos of the two story vent pipe to assure us it was cleaned out. Great work and would recommend them.

Mad Hatter replaced our original fireplace front and side facing walls with Norstone Graphite Lavastone planks. They removed all the existing surface material down to the bare studs, installed new dry rock panels and then the Norstone. They reviewed each step with us before proceeding and made any requested adjustments on the spot. Pepe and his crew were very courteous, professional and highly skilled at this type of work. The finished product looks great, and we love it! I would recommend Mad Hatter to anyone who wants to do this kind of project.

I initially contacted a different company for a dryer vent cleaning but sought a second opinion after the technician arrived in an unmarked pickup truck with a ladder sticking out the back. The ladder was even too short to reach the outdoor vent.

I won't name the other company, but the first indication of a problem was when I scheduled the appointment and their representative told me they 3rd party out dryer vent cleaning services (probably a handyman).

I told their technician to leave after he said he needed to cut through the drywall to fix a disconnect issue.

Subsequently, I contacted the Mad Hatter. They sent two technicians (Zach/Patrick), properly equipped and ready to assess the issue. They fixed the disconnections (without cutting through the drywall) and cleaned the duct thoroughly. If I could give the Mad Hatter 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Zach and Patrick.

I've used Mad Hatter both to clean my chimney and to update my natural gas grill. Juan Carlos and his team are the best! Juan Carlos does a wonderful job, and doesn't try to pressure one into more purchases than necessary. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Wildfire built in grill from the Mad Hatter. They installed it (retrofit into an existing space that had an Allegra). The Wildfire was not cheap but I loved the look amd it cooks great. Has a few design flaws but I can live with them. However, I have run into several warranty issues and I must commend The Mad Hatter for handling it all well and minimizing my inconvenience. I especially have to give a big shout out to Clay Darby who, in the most recent issue, took time out to proactively find the page in the manual and send it to me for how to install a small part the manufacturer is sending me. He went above and beyond.

Mad Hatter is TERRIFIC! this is the third fireplace they have done for us! Sean Roberts' technical knowledge, advice, and attention to detail ensured we selected products to accomplish our vision, and the install team Pepe, Ricardo and Mario made sure it happened! They took time to answer questions and install everything with our safety in mind (and they left our house clean!). Big thanks to Derek Sparks for running a first rate, professional group. This past year we have had them come out for a fireplace inspection, replace an old cracked fireplace box, and install custom sliding doors. I especially appreciated the thorough work orders and proposals that clearly describe the work they did or will do.

Big thanks to the staff and technicians: Cody, Clay, Yasmin, John, Pepe, Mario, Ricardo, Alex, Zeb, Rowen and probably others I forgot! They literally roll out the red carpet for their customers.
