					We used Mad Hatter for a major frame replacement on our indoor fireplace in 2022. Then 2 years later we had a small unrelated issue with the pilot light going out. Derek was able to walk us through over the phone in 10 min and we got the pilot light back going again. Superior service 100%. 0-10 scale, I give them a 15 for both sales and service.

					We contacted Mad Hatter to look at our gas fireplace that was not functioning. We had another fireplace company look at it prior to Mad Hatter and were not happy with their assessment of  replacing the unit.  Mad Hatter was on time, completed a comprehensive assessment and able to get the unit fuctioning again.  Matt was knowledgable, through in explaining the issues and the clean-up after the unit was again functioning all at a cost that was very reasonable.  We were ecstatic and so very pleased with Mad Hatter & Matt.  Mad Hatter will be our company for any future fireplace needs.

					Every experience with Mad Hatter is a reminder of what true professionals they are.  From prompt arrival, setup to ensure protection of your home, thorough testing every aspect of functionality (even beyond the scope of their specific work) and documenting with pictures as well as providing clear explanations, Matt was fantastic.  We took advantage of their Customer Appreciation sale and are thrilled with the new log set installed.  What a big difference and we know the setup is safe and correct.
