Derek is THE best. Beyond helpful and just a great customer focused person...ask for him next time your in the store. This place has quality products and service. Over the years I have bought 2 Eggs (Large and Medium) along with other products like charcoal, a variety of smoking wood and awesome selection of rubs/sauces. Highly recommend this locally owned/operated store!!!

The installers from Mad Hatter are so professional and courteous. Installation of our electric fireplace went smoothly and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. And our new rain pan looks great as well. Highly recommend them.
