Phenomenal experience with The Mad Hatter Team. They were early for the appointment - always helps. The work was spot on for gas fireplace maintenance tuneup. The technician / gentleman explained what they did & had pics to present.

We used Mad Hatter last week with an issue with the dryer lent getting lent getting clogged in the pipes. The service guy that came was very pleasant professional, and kept us up-to-date on what he was doing, and what needed to be done. If I ever need to use them again for sure, we will call Mad Hatter Chimney And Air Duct Cleaner!
