I had a very positive experience with my fireplace replacement. Everything took 3 days in total, one less day than predicted. The team included Pepe, Mario, and Kevin. I primarily interacted with Pepe throughout the whole process, and he patiently explained everything along the way. Highly recommend. Had an issue with wasps coming down my chimney. After getting it cleaned, I was told about electric fireplaces. Had one installed and now the chimney is capped off so no more wasps. The new fireplace works and looks great. It even runs without generating heat so I can run it all year.
