Ignacio and Cino from The Mad Hatter Fireplace company came to service my fireplace. These guys were very professional. They answered all of my questions and provided reassurance that my fireplace is operating safely. These guys were prompt, courteous and kind. They are also Highly skilled and did a wonderful job. Juan Carlos, Oscar, Wilmer, and Max were excellent today! They came to service the fireplace, install gas logs, and then install a new mantle surround; however, they soon discovered an issue that required extra time and effort. They explained our options and worked diligently to complete the job. We were impressed by their knowledge, skill, kindness, and effort. Thank you so much for your outstanding efforts!
