Excellent service! Had water in my fireplace. I highly recommend Fred R. and Santiago. They replaced the fireplace. They were knowledgeable and professional. Santiago and his crew were timely. They cleaned the work area daily and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this team and the Mad Hatter.

Mad Hatter did a fantastic job installing our new fireplace. When we visited the store, the salesman spent plenty of time with us showing all our options. When Juan Carlos, Jessie, and Wiiner came to install it, they carefully covered our living room furniture and kept everything clean for the 2 days they worked. The workmanship is beautiful. They are so taletented! The final result is beautiful and we are so happy with it. We highly recommend The Mad Hatter!

Juan Carlos and Oscar were extremely professional. They took exceptional care in making sure that their work stayed clean. They laid out carpet from my door to where they were working. They also ran a vacuum whenever they were inside to collect dust and debris. The professionalism of this crew was top notch. I would recommend them for all your chimney needs.
